Welcome to North Spokane

As the city of Spokane sprawls to the north (which we consider to be north of Francis Ave), many wonderful neighborhoods can be found with views across the whole valley. And just a short drive to the west, outdoor lovers can enjoy hiking, camping, and fishing at Riverside State Park.

With many of the North Spokane homes perched up high, you can enjoy views that span from Spokane’s eastern-most parts to Mt. Spokane to the northwest and beyond.  But there are also hundreds of early 20th century homes in more typical residential areas that give north Spokane its charm. 

Some of the communities and neighborhoods that make up North Spokane are Balboa, Colbert, Fairwood, Five Mile Prairie, Green Bluff, Indian Trail, Little Spokane River, Mead, Nine Mile Falls, Orchard Prairie, Shiloh Hills, Town and Country, Wandermere, and Whitworth.
