If you were to come across a local in another part of the country and asked them where they’re from, they would undoubtedly, and proudly, reply, “Spokane”. But there’s only about a 40% chance that they would actually be telling you the truth. Because those of us who call Spokane our home actually may live in the city of Spokane proper (which has a population of about 220,000) or in any one of a number of other incorporated smaller cities or communities in the Spokane metropolitan area (which has a combined population of about 325,000). All in all, we’re just proud Spokanites!

And while there are dozens and dozens of these communities, we thought that we would simplify the organization of our community information into 7 regions.
