Coming from the Banking industry with roles in office administration, as well as raising and homeschooling 5 children, Melanie has developed extraordinary abilities to identify important details and create effective and efficient streamlined processes.  For the past 5+ years she has innovatively applied her skills and knowledge to the real estate industry.

As Transaction Coordinator, Melanie works closely with Rich King to manage more than 40 critically important activities that are essential for successful and enjoyable real estate transaction experiences.
