Project Joy is a non-profit organization composed of entertainers 50 years of age and older. They use their talents to provide entertainment for Care Centers, Assisted Living Facilities, Retirement Communities, Civic and Fraternal Organizations, Schools and Special Events. The Spokane Parks and Recreation Department partially funds Project Joy with additional support being provided from performance venues, grants, community development monies and personal donations.
